THE Test for ADHD

  • Our test is an FDA cleared, CE marked and widely used objective test that measures core ADHD symptoms: activity, inattention, and impulsivity.
  • This ADHD assessment involves a series of attention-based tasks on a computer screen, where users must press a button every time the same shape and color appear in sequence.
  • This method measures accurate responses, reaction time, commission errors (impulsivity), and omission errors (attention).
  • The results are instantly generated and presented in a report within 7 days, allowing users to compare their findings with those of other users to understand the severity of their symptoms
  • A typical test lasts no more than 15-20 minutes.
  • Cleared for ages 6-60, FDA clearance includes the ability to be used as an aid in diagnostic decisions.

Why is this ADHD test better than other tests?

We are glad you asked!

Three ways this particular ADHD test benefits you:

1. Avoid Bias

  • Avoid bias due to age and sex differences.
  • ADHD presents very differently, depending one’s age/sex.
  • Our test results include data from age/sex-matched normative groups to ensure better comparisons of your symptom severity.

2. Is it ADHD or NOT?

  • Symptoms of ADHD can overlap with other disorders like anxiety, depression or medical issues.
  • Our objective testing provides data to better understand if symptoms fit the presentation we expect with ADHD (or not).
  • Let us help you find the root cause of your focus issues!

3. Ensuring optimal outcomes

  • Finding the right treatment may take trial-and-error.
  • Determining treatment efficacy can be difficult.
  • Our testing allows us to measure response to treatment to ensure you are receiving optimal results in a streamlined way.
  • Once you start medication, you can retest to see if the medication is working using an objective measurement- our test!

4.Why not just use one of the free ADHD tests online?

Free screening tools are short quizzes meant to help patients understand if they need to seek further evaluation or satisfy their curiosity about ADHD.  Our online assessment is reviewed by a licensed clinical provider who is able to diagnose ADHD, as well as other associated conditions like anxiety or depression.

• We use motion tracking gathered via the device’s webcam using facial recognition technology.

For a flat fee, you will be provided a log-in code for testing and a summary of testing results via email.

•Once you pay for the ADHD test, you will receive a receipt and test login information and instructions withing 24 hours.

• Once you complete the ADHD test, you are provided a report within 7 days.

• You provide your report to your clinician (For example: doctor or nurse practitioner).

• If an ADHD diagnosis is indicated, and medication is started, you may want to come back to our practice to retake the test to measure your response to treatment.

Technical requirements
